Since at that moment I was just learning blender and knew nothing about programming, I had to make an alternative.
I just created a simplified copy of the rig, each bone of the original rig is tied to its copy, I change the position of the copies and then use set pose as default pose.
all so that you don't have to look for every bone in the editor.
And again my FPS dropped to 1-7.

I saw a few tutorials and decided to create my own.
I don't know why, maybe I didn't suffer enough.
I tried to combine inertive kinematics, rubber, simple bones, and switch them using another rig.
At that time I didn't know about drivers and custom properties.
